The Centre of Excellence for Advanced Materials Application of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (CEMEA SAV) was established on June 1, 2017 as a public-benefit corporation. The mission that CEMEA SAV set for itself is to ensure sustainable financing and excellence of independent research and development in the area of advanced materials and related fields in the Slovak Republic.
